All wires on the controller are marked. The brake wire from controller is not need with the single intensity silver bullets. It is a one wire operation. Works very well with them! Ease of install only has 3 stars because it is time consuming; with solder connections and heat shrink tubing. ***BE VERY CAREFUL HOW WIRES ARE ROUTED AND HOW THE JOINTS ARE COVERED. 1 QUICK "GROUND OUT" OR "SHORT OUT" AND THIS THING IS TOAST!*** I have went through 2 of them and have finally just decided to use my LED's as signals only. I used the fender strut adapters and the wires rubbed bare inside the hallow adapter bolt, after about a few months, the other time was just not being careful with every detail. Along with my L.E.D. lights, I have more confidence that I'm more visible to people behind me. Do not use the spade connecters and the 'splice-in' wire tap. They are junk and take up valuable real-estate. If you are proficient with a soldering gun/iron, use that method along with some shrink-tubing. It's a lot cleaner and provides better connectivity.
