After seeing Kyles instruction video, I actually saw another bike here in town that had the kit installed. It really did stand out with the flashing taillights prior to full stop. Ordered and installed on my VTX 1300. Intallation was actually easier than I thought it would be. I would advise watching the video and just pay attention to the instructions.

I wouldn't run a motorcycle on a street with other traffic without something like this product. It was easy to install as long as you can follow a wiring diagram and know your colors (smile). It lets the turn signals be used as running lights (you now have 3 rear running lights); it turns the turn signals into extra brake lights (again 3); and it flashes all of them 5 times quickly when you press your brakes. The wiring can be hidden behind one of the quick off side covers. Great product and it can has a modification in case you bought the LED brake light (So you don't blow them out). One problem in Pennsylvania though... brake lights must be red and Honda doesn't make a red lens for the turn signals.

Unlike this same item (Same one) they sell for the Aero VT750, which was not plug and run, this is; follow the instructions, have a test light and pull a turn singal bulb out of the back, be careful not to short out (Ground) in the bulb housing or you'll be replacing a fuse. Plan your placment under seat and right side cover by the battery for a nice install. Get some dielective(?)compound for transferring heat when you attach the load equalizer to the frame of the bike to keep it cool. You must also get red lenses as now they are full function rear lights on your bike and the law requires them to be red. They can be seen very well from the rear, and helps keep you safe. I have left mine to blink then solid light on stopping. Get them great safety item!

Labeled well. Takes a little time to get bike's wiring in order. Remember all green wires are ground and you don't have to touch them. I love the lights now. Have the red bezels. Looks great.

Fairly easy install. Read the instructions first and ensure you have the right hookup before locking pins into the connector. Great addition to be seen better from behind. Definitely use the flashing brake option.

A great product! Not too difficult to install, just follow the directions closely. I'm using this with stock turn signals after adding Kuryakyn deep dish bezels with red lenses. The lights function exactly as advertised which gives me a little more confidence that I'll be easier to see from the back.
