I was not sure how long of one I needed so I gambled on getting the 6 1/2 inch one. It looks great on my bike and the perfect length. However, installing them was somewhat difficult. I had to drill out holes to fit the bolts through. I almost messed it up, good thing i was able to salvage it. I thought i could save money by buying the less expensive risers, but ending up having to buy a drill and drill bits, since i didn't have one. So, spend the extra money and get the ones that fits exactly without drilling. Once you drill the holes out, you can't go back to your old risers.
