Reason: Complete installation photos or drawings not supplied. Complete shifter and brake installation drawings or photos were not provided. Only on- line do you find a photo of the brake set up, and it is just the very forward pedal controls. Oriontation of the brackets not provided. The installation was almost idiot proof, but would have been much more enjoyable with better drawings and photos. My 2008 Dyna has the silly securing device that goes against the inner primary case. Instructions not good enough for this. Stock rubber spacer may need trimmed, as mine did. All and all, I would buy a Kurakyn product again. Much better that what OEM currently provides as far as product fasteners and apperance goes. I'm satisfied. Real Hog is great. I messed up on a prior un-related purchase, and they took my return and credited my account FAST and no questions asked. JUST follow the provided instructions for returns.
