Your heel on the stirrup puts a lot of torque on the peg mount, so expect it to twist unless you tighten the male mount to the peg with a 4 foot breaker bar. Comfortable when closed, and gives you that coveted different foot position and extra support when open. Mine haven't rotated like others have complained about.
