Terrific investment. Carries all your odds and ends, and larger gear for short and long trips...the adjustable padding for the backrest gives great support, even on long 600 km per day rides. I can use it empty and still get back support, and it's great for those shorthaul trips to the grocery store or mall. D-rings on the bottom make it a snap to tie down. Highly recommend this unit.(The rain cover works great too...even in heavy downpours.)

This is well worth the money for solo riders. Not only does it give you a nice back rest for those long rides, but it is also a great overnight back. The only short coming is that the straps used to attach the bag to you sissy bar are not long enough if you happen to have one of the fat siisy bars like the one on my Vulcan Nomad. I had to fabricate strap extensions to mount the bag on my bike.

The bag worked Great! I mainly bought it for a backrest. For all you Nomad riders you must add 19 inches of felcro extension to use it on the stock sissy bar. Maybe the manufacturer reads these writeups and he will add extension free?

Very nice bag, however, the straps that attach around the sissybar were too short for the thick backrest on my 1600 Nomad. The bag has two "D-Rings" on each side (bottom), so I ran a couple of short bungies under the seat and hooked them to the D-Rings. I sent an e-mail w/photo to the company to complain that, despite the advertising that it fits all bikes with sissybars, the straps were too short. Within just a few hours, I received a very nice e-mail advising me that they were sending two extensions, free of charge. They arrived in the mail a couple days later. I was very impressed with their terrific customer service response, and rewarded them by ordering a luggage rack from them the next day. I will recommend this product, but advise that if you have a wide/thick backrest like a 1600 Nomad, you tell them up front with your order that you anticipate needing strap extensions.
