They look great though! In terms of installing them, you probably get more value from watching the install videos on the Cruiser Customizing website than the instructions they come with. I wasn't impressed that the two tubes of glue that came with my set of grips had both solidified so I had to cut the bottom off each one to extract what little liquid glue was available. (5 stars) reviewed on 04/06/11 byRich (Aero22) from , , for a 0 750 Shadow Aero wrote: Pretty easy to install. I used compressed air and a screw driver to remove my old grips so I didn't have to destroy them by cutting them off. Just loosen old grip by sticking a thin screw driver down and around the old grip and then blow compressed air down between the grip and the bar and pull. The grip just pops off. These are really comfortable and look good. I have used the ISO grips on some of my other bike and I like these much better. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 09/16/09 byJason (jagreen2) from Virginia Beach, VA, United States, for a 2006 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: These grips feel incredible... a little heads up if you have small hands, they're definitely thicker than the stock grips. Another heads up, make sure you read through the instructions BEFORE trying to install them. I was reading the instructions step-by-step as I went and didn't get to the step about squeezing the rubber on the grips to make sure it is glued down properly until after the glue dried (maybe 10 seconds). Now I have to try to remove the grips without damaging them and reinstall them. Other than that install-error, I love the grips Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
