I just installed these grips last night so haven't had a chnace to ride with them. They look great though! In terms of installing them, you probably get more value from watching the install videos on the Cruiser Customizing website than the instructions they come with. I wasn't impressed that the two tubes of glue that came with my set of grips had both solidified so I had to cut the bottom off each one to extract what little liquid glue was available.

Pretty easy to install. I used compressed air and a screw driver to remove my old grips so I didn't have to destroy them by cutting them off. Just loosen old grip by sticking a thin screw driver down and around the old grip and then blow compressed air down between the grip and the bar and pull. The grip just pops off. These are really comfortable and look good. I have used the ISO grips on some of my other bike and I like these much better.
