Just remember how to take it off to get to the rear brake reservoir. One piece of add on you dont want to be without. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 01/18/04 byBob (FirefighterBob) from New Hartford, CT, United States, for a 1997 1500 Valkyrie Tourer wrote: Excellant quality covers with the usual lousy Kury instructions. (Hint: Mount these before you mount the matching spark plug covers.) Changes sound of transmission noticeably and starter sound will be amplified. Some people are bothered by this, but not me. (3 stars) reviewed on 01/10/04 byMartin Deffenbaugh (SgtMarty) from Larkspur, CO, United States, for a 1500 Valkyrie Tourer wrote: Took a bit of time to install but it wasn't very difficult. I almost didn't bother with this hunk of chrome, but decided to "go chrome" more and more as I kept adding it. It may be my imagination, but the transmission whine seems louder after the cover was added. I think the cover acts a bit like a resonance chamber, amplifying the noise... or I might be crazy. (4 stars) reviewed on 10/04/03 byScott Freburg (sfreburg) from Vadnais Heights, MN, United States, for a 2000 Red & Black 1500 Valkyrie Tourer wrote: Very nice chrome so far. Have only had for a week or so (10/4/2003) but it really fills the void, especially on the right side of the Lady. The install was pretty straight forward. Had to play around with the Master Cylinder bolt hole and the hole from an angle brace to get it right. I ended up putting the Brace on top of the MC bolt hole. It worked out fine after that. The instruction have a few holes in the explanations but with a little common sense anyone should be able to figure it out. Real shiny chrome..... Review Details Was this review helpful to you?
