Made from a rubber-like substance, you stretch the strap around your grip and hook it on the peg on the underside of the Boss. There are built-in "grippers" to keep the Boss from sliding on the grip. Very easy to install. It may take some time to get it into the "just right position".

Great for relaxing the hand on a long stretch of road and it pops right off when you don't want it to show. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but it blends in with my stock grips. Well worth the money.

Makes a big difference on the highway. Needs a little time to get used to the feel when letting off the throttle.

Tailgunner is a Top 10 Reviewer I don't have this exact one, as I have the "Throttle Rocker". Works the same way and let's me rest my fingers. Fits excellent on the palm of your hand. One of the best buys I've made for my bike and riding pleasure.
