The instructions from Kury are crap and almost completley useless. I ended up hacking this wiring kit to pieces to get it to do what it needs to do: The two black ground wires (attached to a single ring connector) are not needed. Remove them from the assembly. I shortened the white wire with ring connector (attached to the inline fuse) as it only needed to be about 6 inches long. I did the same thing for the black ground wire that goes from the negative (-) terminal to the relay. I soldered the two white power wires from directly to the power lines from the light bar. The red wire coming from the switch, I ran into the headlight housing and attached to the low beam wire (green in the Vstar). I attached my switch to the frame just under the tank on the right side. It's not the best switch nor the best location, nor the best attachment. Very soon I will replace with a push button switch mounted to the speedo housin... Tried a number of switched power sources and ground points with no luck... Came to the conclusion that either the switch or the relay where faulty.
