I've gotten quit a few compliments on it. I thought it was plastic but it's not. You may have to grind the horn down to make it fit but that was the only mod. I had to do. Love it. (4 stars) reviewed on 11/07/06 bySleekStreak (ccs71) from Marietta, GA, United States, for a 2002 1500 Vulcan Mean Streak wrote: Kuryakyn V-Shield cover kit for the left side of the motor. $79.99 from Kuryakyn direct. "Read Review" for a link to the Vulcan 1500 item. Can be used to relocate the horn on VN1500s, but the horn is slightly different on Mean Streaks. Still, it closed up an ugly hole on the left side of the engine after the stock air cleaner was removed after putting on a Tornado Air Kit. Very nice quality chrome piece that dresses up the naked left side quite nicely. http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp?bn=metric&ci=2867 Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful.
