I love the look compaired to the stock gas cap. If you just hand tighten the cap you will not require the key to open it. I had to grind the threads plus some extra off before it would fit, then I used a small bead of JB Weld to hold it on. Well worth the time and money I think.

Did the Vstar 1100 mod to this gas cap. removed the outer threads via bench grinder, then expoxyed it in the tank. Looks great except the factory chrome was botched.....looks like spider web scratches. Didn't notice until after install and bike was in the sun.
