I completed it (mostly) in October of 2006. I have done a lot to it to make it a well-rounded mult-purpose bike that I can use everyday since it is my "car". With plenty of time and a lot of patience and work, I got a custom bike for under $10,000.00. I did almost all of the work myself. I had the paint and powdercoat done here locally and paid a machinist to make one part fit that was beyond the capability of any tool I had in my shop. It makes me smile when somebody comes up to me on a bike significantly more expensive than mine and compliments me on my bike. I love riding and I love working on my bike. |
