I purchased them at Biketoberfest in Daytona. After I got home I installed them only to find that if you have the lower air dam on your bike you have to cut it so the brake line will reach. Also found that the extended shift rod has smaller threads which allowed the locking nut to wobble. Instructions not real clear and their web site did not list them. I took them off and sold them on E-Bay at a loss. I don't recommend these.

I installed these on my bike last night. I rode around all day today (in city traffic and on the highway), and I like the way they move the footpegs forward but not up. I have really long legs and I need all the space that I can get. The pegs are a little lower now, but I like the way they feel. I didnt think that the instructions were very good and I found them a little hard to follow (no pictures to show me what certain parts are, and where they belong). So I just put it back together the same way I took it apart. The quality could be better. They are good but not great, but they do exactly what I want them to do. For the price I think they are well worth it. Did I say I really like the price? (compared to all the others on the market)

ok so the quality is little cheap. If you plan on getting into the throttle your feet may slip a lot. Yes they drag and they could have at least given some chrome bolts. However instead of finding out you have spent 600 on some forward controls and dont like them this will give you an idea of what they are like.

Just installed them on the bike. Have not rode yet, but I have noticed that the plates flex quite a bit. The position is fine, but i may need stronger plates. They would be nice if they offered a heavy duty version.I would gladly pay the difference

I dont have this exact product, but I do have something similar. I purchased it from vtx cruiser country. The kit was more expensive but the quality is excellent and the finish is second to none. I even had the option to get them chromed or powder coated.

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT!!!....dont listen to all the whining about poor quality etc. that you see on here.i put mine on and they feel great.everyone wants to cry about scraping the pegs and that you cant go in the twisties with these but that is foolish.you can lean as far in the twisties as you can with stock pegs.if you want to scrape your knees then buy a damm crotch rocket.for cruisers these are an effetive way of saving money and gaining comfort.they look fine and even look better if you add aftermarket footpegs.these are fine by me.

I thought these would be an alternative to buying aftermarket forward controls. Fairly easy to install, but the end product is not good. The plates are not thick enough to hold up to to the constant pushing on the pegs, so they were slightly bent when I took them off, and it moves the pegs 3 inches forward, so it feels like your feet are actually lower than they were before. So you are still grinding in the corners. I have since bought L&R plates that move the pegs forward 3 inches, and up 1 1/2 inches so you can lean more in the corners, and the plates are very thick and chrome plated. Much better quality and feel.

MUCH CHEAPER WAY TO RELOCATE YOUR CONTROLS. IF YOU HAVE THE $ I WOULD SUGGEST GETTING A NICE SET OF FORWARD CONTROLS, WITH THESE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. OK FOR THE DOLLAR!

I thought these would be a great low-cost solution. They were low-cost but that is it. I actually scraped the pegs more with this mod. They move the pegs forward, but not up. The aluminum brackets are painted black, not powdercoated so the color flakes off easily. They also bend. When I removed mine recently I noticed that they had bent from daily use. I am now saving up for a different solution that will move me up and forward.

Although they move the pegs foward, they also lower the pegs. When I first sat on the bike I thought they were great, but once around the block and I took them off. The pegs were dragging in every turn. If you plan on using the sides of your tires at all, these will not work. The problem is the bracket does not maintain the angle of the mounting bolts in the new pos. I used the shift arm and hardware and made my owen brackets copying the L&R Extreme bracket, which gave me one inch more clearance
