I recently purchased a set of these bars off of a gal on eBay and I'm glad I did. Installation of these is straight forward and takes five minutes (stock bolts/bars out new bars same bolts back in). They look great on the bike and were perfect for my foot position, the only thing that some people may not like is that they don't stick out very wide on each side for those that like the super wide stance on their highway pegs. NOTE: I laid down my 98 RSTC about a week ago and these bars saved the bike! I experienced a high speed wobble that resulted in the bike (and me) hitting the ground at 70 mph. The bike ended up sliding a good distance and the highway bars took the brunt of the damage. They were almost ground through on the left peg but did not break or grind through.
