Great bar. Very comfortable. I get a lot of compliments on how cool it looks. Great to stretch out my legs on long highway rides.

This is small for the bike. The horn fits best bolted to the mount. I also had to buy longer bolts to mount the bars to the frame. Laying legs over the top of the bars is the most comfortable position.

Great looking easy to install all in one Engine Guard and Highway Bars. Lindby supplied all the needed hardware for installation including preterminated wire extenders for the horn ( have to unbolt horn and relocate). Took about 20 minutes to install and the look fantastic on my 06 Custom.

Great addon and safety item!.....just a few notes,...i'm 5'9" tall with a 32" inseam,..i have to sit a little more forward to reach the foot pegs, "not a problem though",....install was very easy,...you will have to move your horn,..the center of the "LINDBY" brackett is a 'GOOD' place,...you just enlarge the hole in your horn brackett to fit the 3/8'' , "LINDBY" bolt or just buy a smaller bolt and nylocker nut, and you're set!...and just mount everything with the 'one' bolt.,...works great!.....also the stock motor mount bolts are a hair to short after you place the" LINDBY" brackett between your down tubes,..you still have enough to tighten down,.( just use some red or blue loctite on beginning threads )..........last note!...if you move your clutch cable guide on your down tube to the lower bolt,..that will give you more threads to grip to, also,....well thats it!

Received the Front Linbar today(6/1/06) and installed them in about 1 1/2 hours. Looks great, hope I can try them out this weekend. As for the horn, I mounted it to the bolt connecting the linbar and bracket. It will not work the way the instruction say to do it.

They look great. I put them on with no problem. No problem turning, they are high enough off the ground to clear everything. Great looking, better that OEM type.

Protects (unlike the Yamaha OEM bars), provides nice cruising footrests and looks awesome. Install instructions are horrible and where they tell you to install the horn won't work, so I mounted it (complete with my Kuryakyn chrome horn cover) on the top bolt of the bar.

Looks GREAT, but it makes my fender rub on my 01 custom 650 vstar when I brake hard on the front. other than that, getting used to having them on (dont lean too far!) took a few days. the linbar did come in handy once at a bar. it prevented me from dropping my bike and looking foolish.
