Had just enough space left of the reflector bolt to put a small nut on the end and a drop of lock tight to keep it securely fastened. It only has a 5lb rating but my tail bag shouldn't get that heavy even when packed full, your mileage may vary though. Overall very pleased with the rack and Cruiser Customizing's service.
