Approx. 5'8' with 29-30" inseam. My feet reach them with just a slight bend to the knees. Good for that change of position for the long rides. Two of the mounting bolts w/washers in the hardware kit were the wrong size. Went to the hardware store and found the right size, then mounting was easy.
