Every once in a while when taking off from a stop I would bump the floorboard on the brake side and cause it to flip up and leave me feeling for a place to put my foot. After hitting the road and nearly breaking my leg I ditched these. They should make these so if you bump them when lifting your foot they will return to the down position. It's very dangerous and never happens on my VTX with factory floorboards. Also the heel toe shifter is about the cheapest I've seen really looks cheesy.
