It fits perfect even with the sissy bar already on, just had to pull a little. It is very strong but not overwhelming in appearance. It sits abouve that nice flowing fender and did not seen to blend. Then I moved the bike outside and stood back and took several looks. It grew on me. I really like it. It's big and sturdy, and will carry a large bag or trunk if properly mounted. I would on a scale of 1 - 10, this product rates an 8 for looks and a 10 for functionality.
