Does the job quite well. Was a bear to get on with the sissy bar fender bracket. Had to bend it a little in the vise to get it to line up.

VERY SOLID AND EASY TO INSTALL. HOWEVER, IF YOU PLAN TO USE A HONDA LINE SISSY BAR, INSTALLATION WILL BE A CHALLENGE. I HAD TO USE EXTRA LONG BOLTS AND EXTRA SPACERS TO MOUNT BOTH.
