* CAUTION - both of my mounting brackets developed stress cracks after 8000 miles. One side broke and scuffed my rear fender, that's when I noticed the other side was cracked. MCE's customer service was very good. I sent them the busted brackets and they sent me new ones... I ride solo and am not a big fan of sissy bars, but decided to get one for practical purposes to have something to strap stuff to. This one is nice, the chrome looks good and so does the pad. The mounting kit was easy to install.
