I bought this with the hardware used for 50 bucks. I have the solar tint which makes it almost invisible. It doesn't block all of the wind from hitting my face but it does block 99% of the bugs. I didn't want to ever get a windshield, but I must say I'm glad I have this. I will be getting a bigger one though for when I do long trips.

Covers my bike well and suitable to the style of the M50 and its proprotions. The mounting hardware attached to the forks were simple enough to install, and needed a a few rides to determine height and rake. The angle the shield sits is just a few degrees more verticle than the overall angle of the forks. The handlebars and cable, etc. do impede moving the shield towards the tank further. So a tight fit fore and aft somewhat but doable for me. I am 5'11" and able to position the top of the shield below my nose without the shield being to far disconnected and open at the headlight. Note* the light cut out unfortunately is not oval, but hardly noticable. Still accomodates well around headlight regardless of chosen install angle. Thus far very durable and kept me out of the elments during ever changing mountain rides. Cheaper to boot than many others. Just tightly hand fasten (or remove) the quick change nuts after removing the shield, or you'll find them missing from ride vibration and ...

Installed today (jan 15) and it's still the winter, so i don't know how well this shield will work nor if I angled it correctly. It came with an inch long scratch on it which i was not happy about. I bought the one with black shading on the bottom, it looks very sharp. I like the fact this is a quick mount/dismount shield that tightens with a metric wrench (2 are included)... so i can shield for highway rides, unshield for local jaunts. I will update again after riding with it for a while. UPDATE: Took a nice long ride, and the shield seems to be helpful to deflect wind. I'm 5'9", and seated on my M50- i can see over the shield - it appears to direct the wind right on top of my head. I was wearing a shoei rf1000 full face helmet, and the wind cascades right over in an aerodynamic fashion. No evidence of buffeting. I will update once more wearing a half helmet.

Really a very nice Windshield, not too big but not to small. These windshield has the perfect shape so you can ride without the hit of the wind and with a sporty look all together. This time I selected the solar one and really looks cool. Very good quality product.
