I really like the Batwing. I have had mine for over a year now and love it as much today as I did when I bought it. Easy to install if you already have a Memphis shade windshield installed. You can use the old brackets for it. Just don't make the same mistake I did. When I was installing the 9" shield on the fairing, I over-tighten the right bolt and cracked the fairing. But Memphis shade was fantastic about it. They had me send the cracked fairing back and sent me a brand new one with no questions ! Great service. Cannot beat it for the money !

Looks good on bike. I like it better than a straight shield. Wish you could get an inner shell with it, though.
