However, I hope you have access to special allan wrenches capable of getting into tight places or you may be limited in the angle of the Lowers. However, it is very convenient to be able to easily remove the Lowers themselves without removing the entire mount--just have to take off one screw to remove Lowers and leave the fork mounts on the forks. There is an approx 6 cm gap between the top of the lowers and the bottom of the windshield which presumably allows some wind through, but I will say that these lowers have made a big difference to the wind buffeting around the bottom and lower sides of my helmet. No problem adjusting them to work with the light bar on my bike. The fork tube clamps could have a better chrome finish on them. In addition, the fasteners that hold the lowers plastic to the clamps should be reversed so that the cap, not the screw, faces the front of the bike.
