Easy to install. However, I hope you have access to special allan wrenches capable of getting into tight places or you may be limited in the angle of the Lowers. However, it is very convenient to be able to easily remove the Lowers themselves without removing the entire mount--just have to take off one screw to remove Lowers and leave the fork mounts on the forks. The mounts are pretty low profile, so they won't be hanging out there, looking goofy, if the Lowers aren't on the bike.

Works pretty good but can't get the lowers to line up with the bottom of my Slipstreamer SS-30-17 windshield as the front blinkers on the VSTAR 1300 get in the way. There is an approx 6 cm gap between the top of the lowers and the bottom of the windshield which presumably allows some wind through, but I will say that these lowers have made a big difference to the wind buffeting around the bottom and lower sides of my helmet.

Nice, adjustable, good fit on my bike. No problem adjusting them to work with the light bar on my bike. The fork tube clamps could have a better chrome finish on them. In addition, the fasteners that hold the lowers plastic to the clamps should be reversed so that the cap, not the screw, faces the front of the bike. This is not an aesthetic addition so maybe it doesn't matter to most buyers. Other than that, the lowers fixed my problem with buffeting.

Went on pretty easy. The clamp mounts are made of plastic. Would have thought for the money they would have been metal. They do look good and work so far.
