Love them. Make a big difference in wind to the face. Just make sure you mount them the correct way as instructions were not very good.

Mounting instructions a bit vague on placement. Easy to attach, though.

A must have item. They keep alot of the dust out of your eyes from the wind that comes up form the forks and over the tank.

At first I raved about these...Second day riding, one clamp came loose, and slide down in between my fender.. The screw tore into the fender (paint and METAL)! If you do buy these, cover the end of the bolt with something..rubber..?? My friends lowers are ok so far..a bit unsatified with the cheap clamps..they were a bit corroded and really thin aluminum.

Installation is more complex and requires much flexibility and imagination but works out OK. The instruction sheet may not be followed as they are but still comes in handy and useful. Make sure that the clamps are first installed with the protective stickers to avoid scratching your fork covers. Try several options of the available possible positions and angles and work out the best one for your protective preference and the bike's aesthetics. Use your imagination to the max and take your time.

well they really do make a big difference - much less buffeting - not sure I understand fully why but they do the job - glad I got em and by the way the install is pretty easy - don't know what all the complaints about the instructions are from other guys

Installation was easy. It is a little tricky on Vstar 1100 because of the turn signals, but you can play with it until you get it right. A great addition. The lowers block most of the wind moving over the tank.
