Having this way does not spoil looks of the front; whereas other brands typically mount onto the forks. I prefer EZ take-off/put-it-on items and this is certainly a good one to have for WS functionality. Paid $99 @ MotorCycleProShop incl all. Installation is not rocket-science but fitting it to the bolt under the top tree along with the cable holder needs some patience. Not a big deal though. Bought this to go with MS 19" Solar. Had a hard time putting the upper bracket on, ended up tacking the upper and lower bracket apart at the bushing, this made it easy to line up the upper with the cable holder and the bolt, after that it was cake. Mounting it was a little pain for me. one side the bolts went right on. the other side i had to take my time to get top bolt to line up. I bought this entire package when i bought my bike new.....the dealership screwed up took six weeks to get things right.....the best part of this setup is cleaning you can take it off in seconds clean the windshield you can clean behind the windshield. all in all it is just nice wouldn't trade it for the world.
