Doesn't take away from the look of the bike, yet very functional. I very much like the quality of the billet brackets. Review Details 1 out of 3 members found this review helpful. Dialing it in seems to be tedious at best. Gonna ride it tilted back for now and see what happens. Straight up and to high doesn't seem to work well. (5 stars) reviewed on 12/09/04 byPhil (Phil_RC_1) from Clarksville/Adams, TN, United States, for a 2006 custom 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: Although the shooter is similar in size to some cheaper sheilds, This sheild is thicker then a lot of the cheapy shields which noticably decreases buffeting. It's small enough so that it's not terribly out of place on a custom bike. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 10/20/03 bymrblhd (mrblhd) from Dallas, TX, United States, for a 2002 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: I actually got the Pop Top sports shield, but this is very close in looks to what I bought. Very high quality. Mounts and dismounts with a simple turn of the included hex key. The Pop Top is perfect for my taste. Looks great on the bike because it's small and almost invisible (mine has no color). Takes the wind off your chest when cruising down the highway and makes long distance touring much more comfortable. Cruising at 75 is absolutely no problem with this shield. There is some turbulence around the helmet, but it's not too bothersome. Review Details 4 out of 4 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(4 stars) reviewed on 10/11/03 byMike Burnett (fr0g) from Manassas , VA, United States, for a 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: Takes away a tad of the bikes look, I think. But well worth the loss of neck strain after ridding the interstate at 80 mph. for a couple hours. By far the best looking 1/2 glass for the Spirit. You'll have to play with the adjustment to get it right for you "and your passenger" says my girlfriend. If you want all the wind off you get a bigger glass. (2 stars) reviewed on 08/13/03 byDean (dubbydean) from knoxville, TN, United States, for a 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: This is a very good looking windshield for a sport crusier. The only problem is that it is too short and can cause wind deflection straight into your head or helmet. Have adjusted many times but can not get rid of all the turbulance. (5 stars) reviewed on 06/10/03 byHK (hkrause) from , , United States, for a 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: My concern was minimizing obstruction of my view while taking some wind off, but not cluttering up the bike's appearance. This shield handled all three issues quite nicely. I'm 5'1" and can see over the top with no problem. Wind kicks in about 1/2 way up my full face helmet, so it doesn't bother me... no more exhaustion from getting kicked in the chest continuously at highway speeds. And the shield is so small and sleek that I had to point out that I'd added it before folks noticed. I got the black tint instead of yellow shown in the picture. The black around the bottom is great to help hide cables around the handlebar area. Installation wasn't too difficult - I did everything myself. Would have been a bit easier to have another set of hands to hold the shield in position while I tightened things down since there are so many adjustment points. But I handled in about 30-40 minutes... not bad for someone with no mechanical inclination! Review Details 3 out of 3 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
