I use this blackwall tire on my Aero VT1100C3. This tire outperforms the OEM Dunlop and Bridgestone tires - better handling, great in the rain, much longer tread life. Keep the pressure at 42lbs (per Metzeler tech support).

I like them and love the long life, but I will be going back to Dunlops next time. Dunlops are softer and grip the road much better. The loss in traction is not worth the extra tred life. Edit: I just took these off my bike. They lasted 10,100 miles. Most people would have probably ridden them another 1,000-3,000 miles, but they were starting to get really slippery on wet roads. The most worn part of the tread was down pretty low, maybe down to 1 or 2 mm. Front and rear wore out at the same time.
