So I don't know much about how they will perform, but they sure look good on my Pearl White 1100 V-Star. Update-- Ive got about 4000 miles on these tires now. They handle well but I don't know if I can tell much difference between these and the factory Bridgestones that came with the bike. It will be interesting to see if they wear any longer than the originals. One thing I learned is that you need to use the Metzler recommended inflation rates. If you don't, the white-walls can discolor and turn kind of a brownish yellow. Although the catalog says to use the manufacturer's (Yamaha) inflation rates, it also recommends to use their inflation figures - which is kind of confusing. I called up the Metzler company because I was pissed about the yellow white-walls and they just said that you need to use their inflation recommendations.
