Had this tire a few days, and I've to to say my ride is greatly improved over the stock Dunlops. Not to knock on the Dunlops, I got 17,500 miles out of the rear and the front still has tons of tread left. The whitewall is much fatter than the Dunlop and that's a big plus.

Very nice looking tire. I think it looks great on the bike. I've only had them for a few days, so haven't ridden on them very hard. They seem to have very good grip, however.

- Built to handle the higher loads and handling characteristics of cruiser and touring bikes - Front tires feature rounded tread profile for smooth, neutral steering - Rear tires feature flatter tread profile and larger contact patch for better traction and mileage - Computer-designed tread pattern with offset groove alignment for uniform wear characteristics, low noise - Tread pattern has excellent water displacement ability and stability over rain grooves and under hard braking

Look great with this type of bike. These tyres do the same to a bike as smoking does to people - makes it look 50 years older! The handling these tyres give is excellent. Third type of tires I've had on the bike and they are definately the best of the three. I've just ordered my second pair of WWW front/rear, after getting over 10000 Miles out of the last pair. I first had the view that these tires are not the stickiest. But, they do get stickier if you're only patient - after about 1000 Miles or so. Seems to take longer to break these in than other tires. I do about 400 Miles on my bike each week, and these tires have definately saved me a lot of money. Wish they would come in dual compound with the current compound in the middle (excellent wear) and softer sides of the tire (better grip). They look kick-ass on my bike too - they give it a proper retro look.

Okay, so they're not the "stickiest" tire in the world, but longevity and safety means more to an old man than dragging my footpegs. Great looks; the white sidewalls add that one special touch to a retro-styled bike like my V-Star 1100 Silverado. Definitely worth the extra bux.
