(5 stars) reviewed on 10/10/11 byMichael (mjsjar) from , , Australia, for a 0 C50 Boulevard wrote: The boots, whilst requiring an initial period for wearing in, are comfortable, protective and appealing to wear. The extra tread grip on the road helps, especially when stopping at lights where oil spills and the like can sometimes cause you to slip. The stylish design allows you to wear them in almost any situation, without having to carry an extra set of shoes. All in all a very comfortable and secure foot wear for the keen cruiser! (4 stars) reviewed on 08/19/08 byRandy (riker916) from Wilmington, IL, United States, for a 2007 Black/Titanium 1600 Vulcan Nomad wrote: Good looks and utility combine to make these Afterburner motorcycle leather boots fun and easy to wear. Each Milwaukee Motorcycle Clothing Company boot is constructed of top quality full grain leather. These leather boots have double zippers which make them easy-on and easy-off. In addition, these motorcycle boots feature a side strap and buckle for a custom fit every time. The logger style outsole is non-skid, non-marking, and oil resistant. Inside these boots you'll find a removable, fully cushioned, insole along with Freedom Flex construction which means no time breaking in boots - more time enjoying them on and off your motorcycle. (4 stars) reviewed on 06/25/08 byMatt Hulme (CBTDOC) from Cincinnati, OH, United States, for a 2008 1100 V-Star Custom wrote: I ordered these boots a half size smaller than I normally wear, and they fit pretty good out of the box. They were sliding on my feet a little bit, which may be because of the design of the boot. I added an extra set of insoles, and it makes them fit much better. Overall, I really like the boot. Seems like they'd be comfortable for walking, though I wouldn't recommend trying to do a marathon in them. The leather is great quality, all the stitching is great, and they seem very durable. The single buckle and small metal details are nice and understated (I didn't want to look like I was walking in a boot made out of Iron). Overall, good boot for the money. (4 stars) reviewed on 05/14/08 byBob Nafzinger from Livermore, CA, United States, for a 2005 1600 Vulcan Nomad wrote: I really like these boots. I did order a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear as suggested by numerous others. I think my normal size would have fit...but the right boot is slightly looser than the left. I have to put insoles in all my shoes for comfort so I added a 1/8" extra pad under the right insole and it's good. The only problem I have is the same with any slip-on boot...my darn sock keeps working it's way down. If I had to do it over I would probably have bought the Accelerator Boots. All in all I'm happy. I got them from Sportsman's Guide for $79. Review Details 2 out of 2 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

They are of very good quality and usually I wouldnt buy shoes or boots online since I have high wrists and many boots I have huge problems puttin on if I even get them on. Wich is not somethin I usually seem to be able to do. But these boots are really good., Since they have zippers on both sides there is NO problem for me to put them on. Highly recommended, they are also quite qarm wearin just normal socks. Review Details 2 out of 5 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
