I will update if it does. Update!!! - I just installed and it fits perfect. There is an extra piece that comes on the pad that you don't need to use. Its a chrome bar on the inside of the bottom attachment with 2 plastic spacers. You don't need any of these three to install. It looks great on the bike and matches my mustang seat. Identical less the concho. Makes for passenger comfort. Looks nice to instead of the standard squarish looking thing they give you. He modelled the install the same as a yamaha backrest.
