It's not leather though but the quality is good. It's just for looks, no pad or cushion for seating. Besides for looks, I bought it for covering those scratches that was from stock seat metal brace and screw bushing. Installation need to adjust little bit because i got corbin solo seat and the bib is little longer so i've to unscrew the seat brace and place the bib between the mtl brace and the seat. I let the stock driver seat screw under the bid, and on the other end, instead of placing the passenger seat screw on top of bid, i place the tip of the screw on the hole of the bib.
