Needed this to cover up the bolt holes from the passenger seat when I go solo. Not too keen on the 'Velcro' attachment of the rear portion. But it seems to hold well enough.

Easy to place, resonable price, and adds that little exta where you would probably rather not have anyone sitting anyway. Remember to clean the area well for installation, the glue on the velcro pad is just your typical run of the mill stuff.

Looks Great. Installs simply. My only suggestion is that they should include 4 small rubber plugs to fill the holes left by the 4 bolts to the rear seat bracket. You can't see the holes but I know they are there.
