I bought this because I didn't like the stock look of the 2 piece seat that comes with the VTX 1300 Retro. I wanted a smooth one piece look. This seat looks and feels great. It also sits me back slightly farther, which is good since I have the large pull back handlebars. Great product. Side note: Cruiser Customizing kept claiming this item was on back order. I contacted Mustang directly, and they said they had them in stock & could ship them to me that same day. I opted not to do this, as Cruiser's prices are slightly less. I called Cruiser back and they were able to get me a seat!

Nice looking seat. Really compliments the lines of the bike. Not extremely comfortable for long trips, but looks were more important since most of my riding is 1-2 hours.
