This seat is great. Just went 300 miles this weekend and never felt sore. The back support feels good. My girlfriend also liked the passenger seat. Note that this seat sits two inches higher then the stock seat. I had to add handlebar risers (BA-7410-U) to bring the bars back to the proper height. I now need to raise my windshield to eliminate the turbulance created by sitting higher.

An instant and considerable improvement over the stock, even after I had the stock gelled. Went on in under five minutes and fits as well or better than the original. Looks fantastic, sits very well, actually a tiny bit narrower than the original and great back support.

Fantastic. Worth every penny. I couldn't sit on the stock seat for more than about 1/2 hour and my butt and back were killing me. I can ride for 6 hours on the mustang seat with no hint of pain anywhere.

This seat hugs the rider's butt well without any slippage while cornering. It sort of feels like a saddle on a horse. You feel like you are connected to the bike. Very comfortable both for the rider and the passenger. My wife loves it.

Much more comfortable than the stock seat. Moved me a little forward which takes some getting used to. The foot controls are not in an "automatic" position anymore although that will be self-correcting after a few more miles.

The thing I like about this seat over the stock seat is that it definatly locates me so that I am not sliding around as I did with the Vulcans OEM seat. The padding is alot softer too so I stay comfortable a lot longer . A good seat that matches my bike, easy to install and ultimatly......easy on the Butt.

The OEM seat was a killer to sit on for more than a few hours. This seat changes the geometry for my height (6'1") in relation to the bike that it feels much more controllable. And did I mention the seat is exceptionally comfortable and worth every penny?!

Needed a seat that my wife could enjoy the ride with me. I knew just from a short ride the stock seat would not make it. I was torn between the Kawasaki gel seat and the Mustang seat. Though more cash I'm glad I went with the Stang. Installation take about ten minutes, eight of those are rounding up your two wrenches. You'll need a 10mm socket and a 7/16in. socket. Take your seat off the bike. Take the bracket of the bottom of it with the 10mm. Read the the instructions with the Stang seat so you know which bolts you have to use. For my LTD it was the two 3/4in bolts in the seat. Take your seat bracket and attach the bolts to the Stang seat using the 7/16in and being careful not to over tork. I use blue Loctite on the threads so they would not loosen. Put the seat back on your bike and enjoy. SWEET RIDE!!!!!!!!

Read the directions... Got mine after work, went to put it on in the dark and was quite displeased. Wouldn't fit at all... After further review in the light, I had to remove hardware from my stock seat and install on the new seat. Quite easy, actually. But I was expecting to open the box and put it right on... Love the seat!!!
