One user in his review complained that this item did not come with install instructions, but even though I don't have a stock OEM Magna Sissy Bar, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to mount it. The unit comes with five screws; one in each corner and one in the middle. I simply attached the seat-back by removing the two screws on each upper corner and screwing it securely to the Sissy Bar. It matches the Regal Mustang seat perfectly and adds to the overall appearance of the bike … not to mention the wife's comfort when she rides on the back.
