I mounted it to the stock Hondaline backrest. its a bit tricky in that the holes on the backrest dont align with the holes on the Mustang back pad. But it comes with these 2 metal chrome bars that work like bar extenders and it works actually cool. Because now the new Mustand back rest is about 2 inches talled mounted compared to the small narrow honda back rest. Plus with it being contoured the wifee says its a lot more supportive and COMFORTABLE...
