Customer service continues to give the "check is in the mail" routine. If the item is a great seller, then put it right out on the website, saying 4-6 week delay in shipping due to popular demand, don't continually outright lie to customers, bad for business. These covers are GREAT! Super high quality and a perfect, snug fit. As others have said, you definitely have to muscle these things on. But once they're on they look sweet. I cut the passenger hand strap off of the passenger seat for an even better fit. Fits good with the strap left on but looks better after I cut it off. Sweet, quality product! Foux fur/wool lined and the metal studs are covered on the inside with "hot glue" to prevent wear spots. When the write up says "elastic bottoms for a secure fit" that is a gross understatement. 1/4" shock cord fully sewn in on the passenger seat and over 2/3 of the solo seat is fully sewn in. Even at that it took a while to "muscle" those things onto my stock seat (the only way they're comming off now is if I cut them off).
