This is our 2nd Mustang seat, however, the 1st time we purchased the passenger backrest. On our Magna, we got a Mustang Wide Vintage seat with no studs or choncho's and kept the Honda passenger backrest. My wife liked the new seat better, but was never very comfortable in the seat. She also complained about sliding around and not her back not being supported well. So on our Valk, we decided to get the passenger backrest (studded) and it is AWESOME!!! My wife says she sits up straigher(at is sits the passenger up a few degrees), is more comfortable in the seat and that it is so much wider and higher than the small stock pad, it really makes a difference. Instead of the stock pad just supporting a small amount of the lower back, the Mustang backrest fully supports your mid and lower back. It's not the huge Valk Tourer backrest, but it is darn close. She really feals like she is sitting in an easy chair. We wanted the comfort of a Goldwing, but the look of a mean cruiser. The ...
