I really like the look that this pad along with the 3 piece studded seat gives my bike. I could not be more pleased. I will never be able to give any first hand ratings on the comfort since I will never (and I do mean never) be a passenger. Looks like it will be a nice upgrade for any passengers though. Just on looks and quality I give it a big thumbs up.
