The only drawback is that it is a little thin on padding. The factory Honda pad that came with the sissy bar has more padding. Since I ride more alone more than with my wife, it was a great addition to the looks of the bike. Very easy to install, but you will have to use the provided screws instead of the chrome bolts that were used for the stock pad. I covered the rear of this pad with the Honda chrome shield. Mustang does great work from what i can tell. Still need to see about durability though, over time. My pad will match my backrest on my Mustang wide vintage driver's backrest.
