After having my seat pressure mapped, I realized that most of the pressure was in one spot causing a major pain there. While this seat may be harder, the pressure is now much more evenly distributed so I can ride longer. I no longer have pain in one small area, however over time I feel the entire area getting numb with no real pain. It seems (from posts I read), the heavy the rider, the more you need this seat. This is a definite buy for people over 200# or who carry a passenger. I just with they would make a single passenger one, so it would keep the magna sport bike look.
