NOTE: All 2000-06 models require the stock rear mounting bracket be removed from the stock seat and bolted to the Mustang. If the stock bracket is missing use Mustang bracket #78037 or H-D #52467-00.

NOTE: Rear seat only, will not fit with stock seat
