Needs to be carefull when you drill the holes. the holes need to be a size larger to allow for the angle of the studs, also I found the studs abit sort. (4 stars) reviewed on 07/18/05 byJames Dyck (flyer49) from Calgary, AB, Canada, for a 2004 Black 800 Vulcan Classic wrote: Beautiful chrome accent to the front fender. Fairly difficult to install - template almost useless. Beware, centre line of template is NOT in the centre and hole locations are not correct, especially with bolts being perpendicular with curvature of the fender tip. Because the front fender is ABS plastic, I used a brad-point wood drill bit to prevent skating. Use extreme care not to scratch fender when fitting into final position and tightening nuts.
