This has extended my riding time two months per year comfortably. As for putting it on, anyone lacking in the mechanical skills to put this on a bike probably ought not be riding a motorcycle. BAD - Creates a wind path that hits straight in your face. Almost better to ride without it. I will be purchasing another "windshield" soon, one that will actually keep the wind off of my face. I didn't really know what to expect. This is my first bike and I think the Deflector Screen probably does exactly what it is supposed to.
