They look great on my VTX 1300R, although the left deflector taps the engine guard if I turn the wheel all the way to the left. They takes the wind off of my torso and directs it straight to my legs. Better wear chaps if you install these! I mounted these to my Memphis Shades mounting bracket. Had to drill four holes and get some hardware but I made it work. THE BIG PROBLEM is that installing these reduces the turning radius A LOT. If you have an Aero 1100 with these lowers and MC Enterprises engine guards (their newer version that bolts directly onto the frame plate by the neck), the two will collide when you turn the handlebars because the bars slant forward. Not sure if that will be a major annoyance yet, but it does reduce my turning radius significantly when I'm maneuvering in parking lots. *edit* I switched to Cobra bars and now I have no clearance problems.
