I installed this today, I;m not sure I'm happy with them yet. Had to drill new holes to get them to fit on my 2008 VStar Classic.

I love my lower deflectors. Easy to install, and the stoped the updraft that I was getting when I have my windshield on my bike. Also they look great extra chrome.

Finishes dressing up the front end of the bike, increases visibility, and helps protect from the cold air in the winter.

Adds a great look to the front end. The chrome also adds visibility as it reflects the sun or lights! The added protection when riding in the 20 degree winters is nice as it helps cut the wind that is trying to bite into my legs.

AWESOME! They block as much wind as the shield does. Mounted it to the Memphis Shades hardware by drilling two holes per side.

These came on my bike when I purchased it used, so I don't know about the installation, although it looks simple enough. They look great on my VTX 1300R, although the left deflector taps the engine guard if I turn the wheel all the way to the left. Luckily this only happens when walking the bike out of a parking space or driveway.

So they look pretty good. They takes the wind off of my torso and directs it straight to my legs. Better wear chaps if you install these! I mounted these to my Memphis Shades mounting bracket. Had to drill four holes and get some hardware but I made it work. THE BIG PROBLEM is that installing these reduces the turning radius A LOT. Now I can easily make a u turn but parking is a bit of a pain.

Can be bolted onto the Memphis shades hardware with a few bolts, fender washers and nylock nuts. If you have an Aero 1100 with these lowers and MC Enterprises engine guards (their newer version that bolts directly onto the frame plate by the neck), the two will collide when you turn the handlebars because the bars slant forward. Not sure if that will be a major annoyance yet, but it does reduce my turning radius significantly when I'm maneuvering in parking lots. *edit* I switched to Cobra bars and now I have no clearance problems. The cobra are better bars anyway.
