The Wife loves it. She says its very comfortable and the height is right. !!!!!sweet!!!!!!!! this does fit a 2006 vtx1800n. I really wanted this setup so i took the chance at getting this going off of the other year models 1800n's. It works. although it is a little tight to snap it in the rear and i needed to get longer bolts for rear(by the way are, Metric 8 x 70mm lg with a 1.25 pitch). other than that, this is great

Phone the boys/gals at CCD don't order this just from the web. The first time I did that they shipped the wrong stuff. The second time the right L bars arrived but the screws was to short so I had to go hunting for metric screws for the backends.

sturdy, but the bolts rattled off one trip and my wife almost fell off, i replaced the bolts w/ longer and sturdier ones and it's perfect now
